The Armenians are known as a hospitable, open-hearted nation. It is no coincidence that among our pagan gods  we have had the god of hospitality, Vanatur. Armenians have always shared their bread with a pleasure. 

The Armenian cuisine is one of the world's oldest and infinitely rich cuisines. Unfortunately, today we have moved away from our roots and our losing our rich culinary heritage. We have created the opportunity to bring back our traditional dishes to our modern cuisine. We have created the ethno-catering, through presenting everyone's favorite and forgotten dishes in the form of a dinner buffet either in clay pottery or in classic white ceramic dishes.
